About the Role
We're seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our team at Name. This is an office-based role, providing essential administrative support across the HR function. You will help ensure smooth HR operations, compliance with UK employment legislation, and a positive experience for colleagues and managers.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in line with GDPR and company policies.
* Assist with recruitment administration, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding new starters.
* Support HR in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current UK employment law.
* Process HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and HR reports.
* Assist with payroll, absence management, and benefits administration where required.
* Respond to HR queries from colleagues and managers in a timely and professional manner.
* Support the delivery of learning and development initiatives, training sessions, and performance management processes.
* Generate HR metrics and reports to support business decision-making.
* Work collaboratively with the wider HR team and other departments to deliver a seamless HR service.
* Promote best practice in equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI).
