Sales Executive - Weetabix
We're seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our high-energy, high-performing team for Weetabix – one of the top breakfast brands in the UK!
Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £25,500 to £30,600 per annum (OTE) + Hybrid company car + Incentives
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Location: Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds, Peterborough, and surrounds

Your Mission
* Develop strong in-store relationships within Asda, Tesco, Morrison’s, and Sainsbury’s
* Implement a defined perfect store model to optimize store and customer performance
* Increase visibility and availability by working closely with stores to maintain stock levels and secure secondary displays
* Maximize brand awareness and introduce new product opportunities using data, your sales expertise, and the relationships you build at the store level
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A full manual UK driving license for at least 12 months
* Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills as well as commitment to delivering excellent customer service
* Confidence in working with data to drive sales insights
* The ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
