Delegate Sales Executive
£33,000 + uncapped commission (5% on all sales)
Hybrid - Surrey (min. 3 days in office)
We’re working with a fast-growing, award-winning events company on an exciting Delegate Sales role for a brand-new launch event. If you're a motivated and commercially driven salesperson ready to take ownership of a delegate campaign, this could be the perfect step up.
This is a lead role, working closely with the Event Director. You’ll be supported with inbound leads, a qualified database, and plenty of runway to smash targets and earn big. A great fit for someone with proven event or delegate sales experience who’s ready to drive growth on a meaningful, mission-led brand.
Key responsibilities:
• High-level organisation and day to day planning
• Pitching decision-makers/influencers
• Hitting rebook targets with a 50%+ repeat business ratio
• Accurate forecasting, pipeline and CRM management
• Selling globally across multiple time zones
• Professional written comms and stakeholder reporting
You’ll be:
• Experienced in delegate sales or commercial event sales
• Organised, self-accountable and target-driven
• Comfortable managing your own pipeline
• Confident pitching over phone, video and email
• Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and ready to grow with the brand
