Job Overview
You'll be the engine behind our workshop operations, taking ownership of essential office administration and HR support functions. You'll also work closely with the leadership team to provide day-to-day assistance and coordination, helping them stay organised, informed and focused on big-picture priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support to the leadership team, including diary management, meeting coordination, and occasional note-taking
* General office admin: answering phones, managing studio supplies, coordinating post and deliveries
* HR support: arranging interviews, preparing contracts, maintaining personnel files, managing holiday/sick leave trackers
* Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
* Managing internal communications and updating HR systems
* Booking travel/accommodation for the team as needed
* Coordinating meetings, studio diaries and assisting with team events
* Liaising with suppliers, IT support, and contractors as required
* Ensuring health & safety and compliance procedures are maintained
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role
* Organised, proactive, and happy juggling a variety of tasks
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident using Word, Excel and basic HR systems
* A problem-solver with great attention to detail
* Enthusiasm for working in a creative environment
* Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
Bonus Points For:
* Experience in a creative company/studio environment
* Basic knowledge of HR compliance and employment law
* Familiarity with Google Workspace and project management tools
