About the Role
As the HR Manager, you will deliver both strategic direction and hands-on HR support across the business. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all people-related matters, ensuring legal compliance, consistency, and best practice.
The role also includes leadership responsibility for the Health & Safety and Hospitality teams, along with occasional support for smaller UK entities.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide proactive, pragmatic, and commercially aligned HR guidance to managers and employees.
* Lead, inspire and develop the HR team to deliver exceptional service and timely support.
* Design and implement a people strategy that supports a high-performance culture and aligns with organisational objectives.
* Coach and mentor line managers to ensure consistent and effective application of HR procedures.

* Develop and improve HR policies, tools, templates and processes to maintain legal compliance and operational efficiency.
