MEP Site Manager required in Tankersley, Nr Barnsley - Freelance
MadiganGill are currently looking for a MEP Site Manager, ideally with experience in both disciplines, for a long-term project based in Tankersley, nr Barnsley.
We are looking for an experienced Manager, for a prestigious £80m project on a live data centre.
Full details of works to be undertaken can be provided.
The start date will be approximately July 2025 with a minimum time frame of 18-24 months, with great potential for longer or a permanent role.
Package/rates for the role are completely negotiable depending on experience. Will be expected to live within a 30-mile radius of the project and ideally have local knowledge.
As a MEP Site Manager you must have:
Ideally degree level qualification
Valid CSCS Card, SMSTS/SSSTS & First Aid
Proven experience working on high profile M&E projects
Strong communication & technical skills
Good planning and organisation skills key for this project
Ability to lead teams of technicians
