* Previous agency recruitment experience ideally at Senior Consultant or Manager level.
* A strong commercial mindset and a drive to build and grow a desk.
* Confidence in developing new business and nurturing long-term client relationships.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* The ability to operate autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
