A large and inclusive secondary school in Surrey is seeking a professional and discreet HR Administrator to support its people operations from January 2026.

The Role

You will work closely with senior leaders and the business team to support the full employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

• Recruitment administration and onboarding
• Maintaining personnel records and safeguarding documentation
• Supporting absence management and wellbeing processes
• Preparing documentation for payroll
• Responding to HR queries with discretion and clarity
• Supporting policy implementation and compliance
