As the Site Manager, you will play a vital role in leading site teams and subcontractors on Social Housing refurbishment projects.
Projects include schemes such as:
* Windows & Doors
* Heating
* Flooring
Responsibilities for the Site Manager
1. Assign, manage, and oversee decarbonisation schemes.
2. Coordinate with senior management, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with standards.
3. Motivate and support employees through appraisals, coaching, and training.
Requirements for the Site Manager
* SMSTS certification
* CSCS Card
* Scaffold Inspection certification
* UK Driving License

* Salary: £43,000 - £52,000 (dependent on experience)
