Heath Lane Academy, part of United Learning, is seeking an HR Administrator to join our team in Leicester. This is a full-time role, with a salary ranging from £24,000 to £26,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience. The position is available for both part-time and full-time working hours and is a 52-week role.
The HR Administrator will support the Cluster HR Manager with daily HR administrative tasks, including processing starters and leavers, inductions, probation, and management reporting. The role also involves maternity, paternity, and absence management, maintaining the HR database, and supporting payroll and personnel data accuracy. Flexibility is essential, with opportunities to travel within the Midlands Cluster and participate in regional HR team meetings.
