Site Manager - Maidstone
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a CAT A/B fit-out project based in Maidstone, Kent. This is a great opportunity for a reliable and self-sufficient Site Manager who is confident running a project independently, with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day site management of a £750k fit-out project
* Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
* Maintaining strict Health & Safety compliance (a top priority)
* Coordinating subcontractors and site activities
* Reporting progress and managing site documentation
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing CAT A/B fit-out projects
* Strong ability to work independently and take ownership of the site
* Excellent Health & Safety knowledge and track record
Essential Certifications:
* SMSTS
* First Aid
* Fire Marshal
* CSCS Card
