Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
* Post job vacancies on job boards and the company website.
* Screen CVs and coordinate interviews.
* Support onboarding by preparing offer letters, contracts, and conducting new hire orientations.
* Ensure completion and proper filing of all new starter documentation.
Employee Records Management
* Maintain accurate employee records using HRIS
* Update personal data, job changes, compensation, and performance records.
* Handle all data and documentation with strict confidentiality.
Policy & Compliance
* Assist in maintaining and communicating HR policies and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company standards.
* Respond to basic employee policy queries and escalate when needed.
Employee Relations & Engagement
* Serve as a first point of contact for day-to-day employee inquiries.
* Help organise engagement events, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities.
* Provide support in employee relations and disciplinary processes.
HR Reporting & Analysis
* Generate routine HR reports (e.g., turnover, absence, satisfaction).
* Analyse data and share insights with the HR Manager.
* Contribute to reports for leadership and regulatory bodies.
General Administration
* Manage HR documentation, correspondence, and meeting schedules.
* Coordinate with internal teams to streamline HR operations.
* Support ad hoc HR projects and initiatives.
