Proactive Sales Executive

You will be dynamic, sales-focused, and proactive in calling, emailing, and visiting clients. Our client will train you to gain the necessary knowledge and invest in your development. Motivation, enthusiasm, and a great personality are all you need.
This role involves working at their Croydon depot, collaborating with the MD and administrative staff. You will actively seek out new business through cold calling, networking, and social media, manage existing accounts, develop relationships, and negotiate deals to maximize customer satisfaction and potential. Providing advice, technical support, and conducting site visits will also be part of your responsibilities.
Skills/Experience required:
* Positive and confident communicator with experience in business development
* Proven track record of accountability and delivery
* Personable, calm, customer-focused, diligent, honest, and with strong influencing skills
* Ability to manage a varied workload, prioritize, and meet deadlines
* Practical problem-solving approach
* Well-organized with good administrative skills, high numeracy and literacy, and attention to detail
* Computer literacy and social media skills
Salary: Negotiable + Company Car + Uncapped commission-based bonus scheme
