HR Manager
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + benefits (depending on experience)
Location: Chester (hybrid working) with occasional travel to UK offices
Contract: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop the HR Advice Line team; manage triage and escalation to Level 3 (HR Consulting).
* Ensure advice is compliant, pragmatic, and documented; set and monitor SLAs.
* Oversee HR documentation and administration for clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and best practice.
* Partner with Payroll and HR Software teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
* Monitor MI, SLA performance, and drive continuous improvement.
About You
* Senior HR Advisor/Manager with strong UK employment law knowledge and experience leading advisory/admin teams.
* Client‑facing, commercially pragmatic, and confident managing escalations and triage processes.
* Experienced in HR documentation, HR software, and HR operations; CIPD Level 5/7 desirable.
