Overview
We're looking for a confident, hands-on HR professional to take ownership of our day-to-day HR activities and help strengthen and evolve our people processes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to shape and develop the HR activities of a fast-growing, values-led organisation.
The role is part-time and on-site in Brighton, working autonomously alongside our practice management team and reporting to the Managing Director.
As our HRlead, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle and be the main point of contact for all HR matters. The role combines everyday HR administration with wider responsibilities that help support our people and enhance how we work together.
Your work will cover areas such as:
* Day-to-day HR administration, including liaising on sickness absence and annual leave
* Recruitment coordination,onboardingand induction
* Employee relations and wellbeing support
* HR compliance,governanceand updated documentation
* Performance management processes and training coordination
* Process improvements,templatesand internal communication
About you
We are looking for someone who brings professionalism, strong knowledge and excellent people skills. You will thrive in this role if you:

* Are highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications
* Experience in a legal environment, professional services or working independently in a small/mid-size organisation is beneficial but not essential.
* CIPD (or other relevant) qualifications desirable and strong knowledge of UK employment law.
Hours
We anticipate that this role will be part-time (ideally 25-30hours across5 days per week) based on-site at our office in Brighton.
