Employment Type: Full-Time - In House
Company: Floor Street

About Floor Street

We're Floor Street, one of the UK's fastest-growing interior brands and a leader in redefining how people buy flooring online.
One of The Sunday Times Top 100 Fastest-Growing Companies (2025), with over 65% average annual growth, we've doubled revenue year after year and are now on track to break new records in 2026.
We started in 2019 with nothing but grit. Fast forward a few years, and we've built a national brand trusted by thousands of customers and loved for doing things differently. Our mission is to help everyday people transform their homes faster, simpler, better, and for less. We will do this by adhering to our values: innovate, simplify, educate, and empower. By doing this, we will deliver the world's best online flooring experience and make the online flooring buying experience a delight for our customers.

Our Culture

We're not a normal company, and this isn't a normal team.
We move with urgency, focus, and pride. Everyone here is expected to raise the bar, take ownership, and move fast. We set high standards because we believe exceptional teams build exceptional companies.
There's no ego here. Just discipline, creativity, and care for the mission. We share information openly, make decisions based on truth and data, and treat customers like family.
We're here to innovate and set new standards for an old industry, to show what happens when craftsmanship meets technology, and passion meets purpose.
This is a place for people who want to win, not for the sake of a title, but to create real impact, build something meaningful and long-lasting, and grow fast in the process.
There are no paths for us to follow, so we build new ones for others to use and follow.
And if we move forward together, success will take care of itself.
