Job title: Territory Sales Executive. Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager. Location: Hybrid - Kingston Upon Hull (Hub Office 2 days per week). Salary: From £30,000 + £15,000 OTE and Uncapped Bonus.

What Will You Do?
* Ignite strategic growth by crafting and executing plans to attract and retain SMB clients, smashing targets and driving momentum.
* Lead generation through cold calling, smart networking, and referrals; consistently outperform goals.
* Become a master relationship builder; act as the face of Newcross for SMB clients and deliver a high-value, personalized experience.
* Leverage CRM data, market trends, and competitor insights to tailor outreach and uncover opportunities.
* Own the deal by navigating objections, influencing decision-makers, and closing deals; guide prospects through the pipeline.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and outstanding service delivery; provide feedback to improve performance.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in business development and acquiring SMB clients; strong results orientation and target achievement.
* Background in healthcare or other regulated sectors; ability to articulate compliance and value.
* Proven ability to qualify and close opportunities using a structured approach (BANT is preferred).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
* Driven, persistent, and performance-powered; thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
