What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing the full end‑to‑end recruitment cycle for all departments
* Creating engaging job descriptions and innovative adverts that reflect our culture
* Managing candidate applications through our ATS
* Owning internal and external recruitment advertising
* Reviewing and enhancing recruitment content across our website and social channels
* Exploring new platforms and methods to reach wider candidate pools
* Building and maintaining a strong candidate database, including sending vacancy alerts
* Representing Ragdale Hall at job fairs, exhibitions and events
* Issuing new starter paperwork, including offers and contracts
* Responding to enquiries from candidates and employees
* Supporting Heads of Department with low‑level performance, conduct and wellbeing matters
* Providing accurate administrative support across all HR processes
* Creating HR reports and managing HRIS‑based queries
* Helping to develop HR policies, projects and processes
* Troubleshooting basic system issues on our HRIS
About You
* You’ll bring proven recruitment experience; hospitality experience is a bonus, not a must
* You’re proactive, organised and creative, with great attention to detail
* You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
* You’re digitally confident, especially with HR systems and social media
* A CIPD qualification is beneficial, but not essential – there’s scope to grow and develop within the role, with full support for ongoing professional development
Hours & Salary
* 32‑39 hours per week, worked over 4 or 5 days (Monday‑Friday, 9:00 am‑5:30 pm)
* Competitive salary, depending on experience
