A global learning and technology-focused organisation is seeking a Head of People Partnering & Operations to lead strategic HR partnering and operational delivery across the business.
Reporting into the Chief People Officer, the role combines oversight of People Operations, HR Business Partnering, employee relations, organisational design, workforce planning, and implementation of enterprise-wide people frameworks. The remit is focused on driving commercial, scalable, and data-led people practices while supporting leadership capability, transformation, and employee experience initiatives.
The position sits within a broader transformation agenda, with particular emphasis on operational excellence, governance, and adoption of strategic people programmes. The business is looking for a senior HR leader with strong experience across partnering and operations, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and leading high-performing teams through change. There is also a growing focus on AI, people analytics, and modernising HR delivery models as part of the wider people strategy.
