Aftersales & Site Manager – Holt
A rare opportunity has arisen, due to retirement, for an experienced and motivated Aftersales & Site Manager to take on a diverse and unique role at our Holt branch, a trusted Eurorepar Car Service Centre.
This position is unlike any other in our business, as it combines responsibility for our busy Service department with leadership of our petrol station and forecourt the
only one within our group. As well as being a vital part of site operations, the forecourt is also an important customer hub, playing a central role in attracting and retaining local customers. This makes the role both highly varied and strategically significant.
The Role
As Aftersales & Site Manager, you will:
* Lead, develop and motivate the Service team to deliver strong results and excellent customer service.
* Take overall responsibility whilst working with the Forecourt Manager for the operation of the petrol station and forecourt, ensuring compliance with health & safety, environmental and legal standards.
* Oversee the Forecourt Manager in managing fuel and shop stock, staffing, supplier relationships and customer service to maximise profitability and efficiency.
* Champion the forecourt as a key customer touchpoint, ensuring it enhances our reputation and encourages repeat business across all departments.
* Oversee budgets, WIP, advance bookings and operational controls across the site, taking action to address variances.
* Ensure facilities, compliance and staffing requirements are met, creating a professional and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.
* Act as the key leader on-site, ensuring smooth coordination across all areas of the business.
About You
We are looking for a confident and commercially minded leader with:
* Proven experience of managing a busy Aftersales or Service department.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach and develop teams.
* Experience of petrol station/forecourt management (or transferable retail/site management experience) would be a strong advantage.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
* Commercial awareness and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
* Competence with Microsoft Office packages.
* Flexibility to work extended hours when required.
* A full UK driving licence.
