Field Sales Executive
Location: Hamilton, Scotland
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: From £25,000 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £50K)
Other: £250 a month car allowance, business travel paid
You’ve got sales experience in spades, you’re confident, ambitious and hungry to earn.

What you will be doing
* Out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
* Manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
* Drive your performance - hitting and exceeding your targets consistently.
* Build relationships second nature, both within the local community and internally.
* Be open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.
What you will bring
* A full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
* Motive toward targets and results.
* Solid sales experience ideally in a face-to-face role and know how to engage people and get that yes.
* Friendly and confident, enjoy real conversations.
* Confident solo, thrive on managing time and hitting targets in the field.
