What you'll do
Being a Total Reward Manager is about more than designing reward frameworks — it's your chance to shape a fair, engaging and competitive reward experience that supports Costa's bold ambitions. You'll be:
* Designing and delivering reward frameworks across pay, benefits, incentives, recognition and wellbeing.
* Translating reward strategy into simple, scalable solutions that leaders and employees trust.
* Using data and market insights to inform decisions, manage risk and guide evidence‑based conversations.
* Partnering with People, Finance, Legal and external experts to ensure strong governance and compliance.
* Equipping leaders to make fair, transparent and consistent reward decisions that support performance and culture.
