Job Overview
Salary: £36,000 + up to 40% of annual salary as commission + £500 car allowance per month or company car
Location: Scotland (Central Belt) – Hybrid (home and Falkirk office)
We are recruiting a sales professional to secure new business, manage existing accounts, develop future sales strategy, and maintain relationships within Scotland.

Responsibilities
* Secure new business to meet growth targets in Scotland
* Manage a portfolio of existing accounts within the region
* Assist in developing future sales strategy
* Manage tender processes for potential new customers
* Communicate, manage and implement cost increases to customers
* Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal coordinators
* Resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Qualifications
* Previous sales experience in the waste industry, preferably hazardous waste
* Extensive knowledge of key industries in Scotland and wastes they produce
* A‑Level in Chemistry or another science‑based subject is desirable
