We are looking for an ambitious and brand‑passionate Brand Sales Executive to support our commercial team in driving distribution, account growth, and brand presence across wholesale, retail, and independent channels. This is a brilliant entry point into the fragrance and licensed beauty industry — ideal for someone who wants to build a career in commercial sales with exposure to iconic brands and fast‑paced retail environments.
Brand Sales Executive Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
* Support National Account Managers in the day‑to‑day management of key retail and wholesale accounts
* Build and maintain relationships with independent retailers, regional buyers, and wholesale customers across the UK and international markets
* Identify and convert new distribution opportunities — approaching prospects, presenting the brand portfolio, and securing new listings
* Prepare compelling sales presentations, brand sell‑in materials, and product range documents tailored to specific accounts
* Process orders accurately and liaise with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure on‑time delivery
* Monitor account performance — tracking sell‑through, stock levels, and promotional activity to identify risks and opportunities
* Support the execution of promotional campaigns, gifting windows, and new product launches across accounts
* Represent Per‑Scent and brand partners at trade shows, sales meetings, and retail events
* Maintain up‑to‑date records of account activity, pipeline, and sales performance using CRM and internal reporting tools
* Provide regular updates to the commercial team on account status, competitor activity, and market trends
Essential Skills & Experience
* 1‑3 years of experience in a sales, account management, or commercial support role — ideally within beauty, fragrance, FMCG, or licensed consumer goods
* Confident and proactive communicator — comfortable presenting to buyers and building relationships at all levels
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail — able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
* A commercial mindset with a genuine interest in brands, retail, and the fragrance category
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) — able to build clear, professional presentations and reports
* A self‑starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
Desirable Experience
* Previous exposure to fragrance, beauty, or lifestyle brand sales
* Experience working with independent retailers, pharmacies, gift shops, or online wholesale platforms
* Familiarity with trade pricing structures, margin calculations, and promotional mechanics
* Any international sales exposure — export, cross‑border e‑commerce, or supporting overseas accounts
