We are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Officer to provide cover until approximately 31st March 2026. Based at Holywell Hospital, this role is full-time, MondayFriday from 9am5pm, with a rate of pay of £15.33 per hour. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a busy and supportive team, delivering high-quality HR support across a range of functions and contributing to effective employee management within a Health & Social Care setting. Key Responsibilities / Job Duties for Similar Roles: Provide advice and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment law. Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, shortlisting, and interview coordination. Support employee relations, including investigations, grievance, and disciplinary procedures. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and workforce planning. Monitor attendance, manage sickness absence, and support return-to-work processes. Participate in HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement of HR services. Support learning and development initiatives, including inductions and training coordination.
