A high-energy, ambitious Sales Executive / Business Development Manager is needed to join Aerios, a fast-growth aviation tech startup that’s transforming the global air cargo charter market. With a pioneering SaaS platform, huge addressable market, and major clients already onboard (including world-leading carrier CargoJet), this is an opportunity to be part of something big, early!
Reimagining how cargo charter airlines connect with the market, Aerios has developed a platform that digitises an industry worth $13 billion, helping carriers unlock new revenue streams and enabling charter brokers to operate faster, smarter, and more transparently. They’re solving old problems with modern tech, and the market is responding.
Working alongside the Founder and CEO, the Sales Executive will help shape the future of a category-defining company while taking full ownership of the sales journey, from prospecting and product demos through to closing deals and expanding accounts. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth across global markets, focusing on new business development and building long-term client relationships. In return, expect a competitive base salary, serious commission potential (£40-70k Basic DOE - up to £120k OTE), and a clear path for progression as the business scales.
What you’ll be doing:
* Prospecting new clients across the aviation, cargo, and freight logistics space
* Leading product demos that show the real-world value of our platform
* Attending major global trade shows and conferences to boost brand visibility
* Building and managing a pipeline of high-potential opportunities
* Collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success teams
* Feeding market insight back into product strategy and positioning
What we’re looking for:
Whether you’re a B2B SaaS sales professional with a passion for aviation/logistics, or an industry insider ready to pivot into charter software sales, this is a high-reward, high-impact role where you’ll bring
* 3–7 years’ experience in B2B sales (ideally SaaS or tech-enabled services)
* Aviation / Airline / Cargo or Charter market exposure (bonus but not essential)
* Experience selling into freight forwarding, cargo airlines, or aviation service providers
* Strong communication skills and confidence in high-level discussions
* CRM fluency (HubSpot, Salesforce etc.) and a metrics-driven mindset
* Willingness to travel globally for industry events
