As our business continues to expand, this pivotal role will lead and support the delivery of employee relations and people-focused initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. You will manage employee relations cases, provide expert guidance on HR best practices, and support managers in cultivating a fair, high-performing environment.
This is hybrid role with some attendance at the Southend offices is required.
Requirement: CIPD Level 5 qualification (or above) is essential
