Job Description
We’re seeking a Sales Executive to drive business development and expand our North American client base. You’ll focus on creating innovative, value‑add fund and asset servicing solutions for global alternative asset managers while ensuring all activities comply with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
* Build and maintain a robust new business pipeline focused on prospect origination and client growth.
* Identify and pursue opportunities by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and growth potential in alignment with firm priorities.
* Leverage your network and CACEIS' enterprise connectivity to generate new business and cross‑sell opportunities.
* Provide tailored advice and insights by combining industry, product, and regulatory knowledge.
* Establish deep relationships at executive, management, and operational levels.
* Own client and prospect strategy from origination through closing, including contract negotiation.
Collaboration & Delivery
* Partner with internal teams (product, operations, legal, compliance, risk) to build innovative solutions.
* Work with the Business Implementation team on new client onboarding.
* Ensure complete KYC documentation for Risk & Compliance Committee review.
Market Leadership
* Develop deep understanding of the fund management industry, particularly European jurisdictions (Luxembourg, Ireland) and global trends.
* Enhance CACEIS' brand awareness through participation in industry bodies, conferences, and trade associations.
* Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the bank's products and services.
Qualifications
* Start date: 01/05/2026
* No minimum level of study; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, economics or business is preferred.
* 7–10 years in a sales role with proven success selling to institutions and alternative asset managers.
* Demonstrated ability to build pipelines and consistently exceed sales targets.
* Knowledge of the asset servicing landscape, alternative asset management sectors (private equity, private debt, real estate, infrastructure) and alternative investment fund structures (ELTIF, LTAF, limited partnership, UCI Part II SICAV, ICAV).
* Desirable: extensive network within North American asset management at senior and C‑suite levels.
