HR Administrator HR Section Head Office (Ref: 916) The Union of Shop, Distributive and Allied Workers is one of the UKs largest trade unions. A vacancy exists for a HR Administrator based at the Unions Head Office. What we Offer: Flexitime 34 hours week Defined contribution pension. The principal duties are : provide administrative support within the HR function, including resolving general enquiries; maintain the Union?s HR database and flexi system and process new starters and leavers; undertake duties with regard to the recruitment and selection process and produce reports. The successful applicant will possess : previous experience of a HR role; the ability to communicate effectively; IT literacy, particularly Microsoft Office including Word and Excel; basic knowledge of HR systems and policies; the ability to plan and organise their workload; knowledge of data protection and confidentiality.
