Role: Cook and Resident Support
Location: Sherbourne
Contract: 16 hrs Permanent
Rota: Week 1: Tuesday & Thursday 9 – 6, Week 2: Saturday & Sunday 9 – 6

What We’re Looking For
* Confidence in cooking for up to 9 people
* Strong organizational skills, ready to handle a variety of tasks
* Excellent customer service skills with a genuine understanding of the needs of older people
* Basic computer skills (Outlook and Excel experience is a plus, but full training will be provided)
About The Role
* At Abbeyfield Living Society, our goal is to create a warm, community-focused environment where residents feel valued and respected. As a Cook and Resident Support team member, you’ll ensure that residents enjoy wholesome, home-cooked meals while also being a friendly face they can turn to for support.
* You’ll also assist with general wellbeing, handle any issues that arise, and escalate them when needed.
* Basic computer and budget management skills are helpful, but full support and training will be provided by our welcoming team.
