We are looking for a skilled Site Manager to oversee a fire stopping project in Arnside. This project is due to start ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee a team of trades and labourers, ensure they are working productively and to a high standard.
* Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure all work meets design specifications and quality standards.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
* Maintain project time-lines, budgets and manage any on-site challenges that may arise.
Requirements:
* CSCS Card
* First Aid at Work
* SMSTS
* Joinery/ Carpentry background
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
