Responsibilities
* Build lasting relationships with customers, guiding them through their car‑buying journey.
* Showcase our impressive inventory of quality new, used and commercial vehicles matching customers with the right vehicle for their personal needs.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed sales targets with a winning attitude.
Requirements
* Previous sales experience is essential.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
* Drive and determination to succeed in a fast‑paced environment.
* Must have a full driving licence.
* At least 1 year of previous experience in a sales environment working towards targets.
* A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C including Maths and English.
* Full valid driving licence required.
* A high level of IT literacy, including knowledge of MS Office.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Be able to work independently and also as part of a team.
* Positive, confident, determined approach.
* Driven to meet targets.
* Time management skills.
* Strong planning and organisational skills.
Desired Criteria
* Experience of Kerridge or another CRM system would be advantageous.
