Job Description
Step in as a SEND Learning Mentor, where your compassionate guidance strengthens pupils with additional needs. Working one-to-one and in small groups, you’ll help students navigate individual learning plans, manage emotions, build social skills, and develop independence.
This role is about building trust and championing progress—whether guiding academic work, life skills, or emotional regulation. You'll collaborate closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to deliver seamless, personalized support. The reward? Seeing confidence and academic growth unfold day by day.

Job Requirements

Experience working with SEND learners is beneficial, though not essential
