About the Role:
The PA / Information Officer will act as the primary contact for managing information, correspondence and reporting within the Adult Community & Older People's Division. This role involves maintaining centralised tracking systems for enquiries and FOI requests, ensuring compliance with governance standards and deadlines, and providing high-level PA and secretarial support to Co-Directors. The PA / Information Officer will also support team coordination and accurate data management across the division.
.Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support the secretariat team
* Maintain centralised systems for information requests and reporting
* Provide PA and administrative support, including diary management and correspondence
* Arrange and minute meetings
* Ensure confidentiality and data protection compliance
2. Essential Criteria:
* Five GCSEs (A-C) including Maths and English, or equivalent
* Relevant administrative experience
3. Experience arranging meetings and maintaining diaries
* Strong communication, organisation and time management skills
* Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information
* High-level word processing and strong Excel skills
4. Desirable Criteria:
* Experience managing a team
