As an Internal Recruiter, your role will include:
Early Talent Programmes
* Screening candidates for our graduate and apprenticeship programmes
* Liaising with apprenticeship providers
* Working closely with the Head of Talent to ensure smooth people processes and a seamless candidate experience
Headhunting
* Supporting our growth by headhunting consultants and engineers from entry level up to Director across eight offices
* Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline
* Engaging with passive candidates and industry networks to attract top talent
* Support general recruitment administration across the business
