Osenka recruitment are looking for several experineced slinger/signallers to join our client, a leading construction company in the Midlands. This role involves working closely with crane operators and site managers to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations on busy sites.
Key Responsibilities
*
Directing crane operators during lifting operations using recognised hand signals and/or radio communication
*
Slinging and securing loads safely in line with site requirements
*
Carrying out pre-use checks of lifting accessories and reporting any defects
*
Working as part of the lifting team to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
*
Supporting site teams with general duties when required

Location: East Anglia, Buckinghamshire and Midlands
Rate: Negotionable
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Slinger/Signaller
*
Valid CPCS or NPORS qualification essential
*
Strong knowledge of lifting operations and safety standards
*
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
*
Flexibility to work across multiple sites in the Midlands
