Part-Time HR Administrator - Edinburgh City Centre

Hours
* 30 hours per week across 4–5 days
* Initially 3 months with potential to extend

The role of HR Administrator
* Managing and monitoring shared HR inboxes, responding to queries and escalating where necessary
* Supporting end-to-end recruitment administration: advertising vacancies, issuing offers, coordinating pre-employment checks, and onboarding new starters
* Maintaining recruitment trackers and updating HR systems
* Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries
* Supporting the implementation of a new HR system
* Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
* Assisting with HR process improvements and guidance documentation
* Supporting coordination and tracking of training activity
The ideal HR Administrator
* Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office, databases, and systems
* Resilient, adaptable, quick learner, and able to work independently or as part of a team
* Discreet and professional when handling confidential information
* Previous HR experience desirable but not essential
