Duties
* Prepare and cook high-quality meals.
* Oversee food preparation processes to ensure consistency and quality.
* Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to food safety regulations.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
* Develop new recipes and menu items that reflect seasonal ingredients and trends.
* Monitor inventory levels of food supplies.
* Ensure all kitchen equipment is maintained in good working condition.
