Our client, a global leader in their field, is looking for a Senior HR Manager, responsible for the people and culture for the site. This is a key leadership role supporting all aspects of the employee life-cycle.
What you'll be doing:
* Provide generalist HR support to a busy engineering site, supporting with Recruitment, ER, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management etc.
* Whilst overseeing the HR administration function, you will also be required to assist where necessary.
* HR Strategy & Planning - Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with organisational goals and objectives.
* Handle legal matters related to employment issues, such as discrimination claims or labour disputes.
* Provide leadership and guidance to HR Generalist and ensure all priorities and deadlines are met.
* Represent the HR function in meetings with senior management and other stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
1. Must have proven experience (minimum 5 years) in HR, within a manufacturing/engineering business.
2. Graduate calibre with applicable accredited CIPD qualification, desired.
3. Strong planning skills, demonstrating the ability to develop and execute a high-quality HR plan.
