SITE MANAGER - ISLE OF WIGHT - FREELANCE + DIGS COVERED - JANUARY 2026 START
Future Build are currently working alongside a main client of ours in the search for a Site Manager to manage one of their new projects on the Isle of Wight. Our client will be delivering Kitchen & Bathroom upgrades for a local Housing Association, part of a 10 year framework.
Responsibilities
* Deliver the project from inception to completion, managing subcontractors and a small team of operatives and RLO
* Maintaining a solid relationship with the client, chairing progress meetings and ensuring they are aware of any changes
* Keeping on top of planning and programming, ensuring a minimum of 10 openings per week
* Weekly progress reports with the visiting Contracts Manager
About you
* Valid qualifications – SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, Asbestos Awareness
* Sound knowledge on Decent Homes projects
* Stable career history with recognized contractors
