JOB PURPOSE
To provide a professional and effective administration support to the HR Advisor, working on small HR admin projects, improving documentation, administrations process and providing information to Managers and Employees.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Administration of company policies and procedures
2. Assisting supervisors and managers in the professional investigation and action with regard to violations of company policy and procedures
3. Assisting in all aspects of recruitment
4. Booking of Interview Rooms
5. Contacting candidates by telephone to arrange interview times
6. Co-ordination of candidates coming for interview (meeting & greeting)
7. Updating of recruitment spreadsheets
8. General administration support to Recruitment Specialist
9. Performing all new employee inductions
