* Supporting recruitment processes including job adverts, shortlisting, and interview coordination

* Providing guidance to staff on HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations

* Assisting with performance management processes and staff appraisal documentation

* Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and statutory employment requirements

* Supporting HR projects and initiatives as required

Experience and Skills

The successful candidate will:

* Have experience in HR administration, ideally within education or a similar professional environment

* Be highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Be confident in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications

* Have a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices

* Be professional, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality at all times
