As a key member of the strategic marketing team, you will work closely with our creative, digital, and content staff to deliver client‑focused campaigns and measure their success.</p><h3>Main responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage calendar and timeline for integrated multi‑channel tactics – conferences, client events, awards, social media, thought leadership, editorial activities – including budgeting and KPI reporting.</li><li>Schedule, write, post and track social media content on relevant channels to support strategic initiatives and ad‑hoc requests.</li><li>Project‑manage and liaise with the creative department to arrange artwork for content including thought‑leadership articles, graphics, and video.</li><li>Co‑ordinate company‑led events and staff conference participation, handling invites, bookings, invoices, speaker and panel planning, collateral, and attendee briefings (in‑person and virtual).</li><li>Source, write, edit and proofread targeted content such as award entries, case studies, blogs, client presentations and emails aligned to brand messaging.</li><li>Prepare monthly progress reports for leadership, sourcing analytics to demonstrate ROI.</li><li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support growth strategies.</li><li>Keep up to date with industry trends in marketing and communications.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Excellent creative, written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to liaise with creative, digital and content staff and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office.</li><li>Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Research, collate and report on data.</li><li>Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.</li><li>Client‑centric attitude, embracing the company brand and values.</li></ul><h3>Desirable but not essential</h3><ul><li>Passionate and knowledgeable about the design and construction sector.</li><li>Experience running email campaigns through systems such as Marketing Cloud.</li><li>Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.</li><li>Experience planning and managing paid social media campaigns on LinkedIn.</li></ul><h3>EEO Statement</h3><p>As an Equal Opportunity Employer, we welcome applicants of all backgrounds.
