The Role
We're looking for fun, enthusiastic, passionate people to join our hard-working team here at the An independent pub company with around 1,300 pubs across the UK, Punch Pubs is committed to empowering and working together with the very best Publicans and Management Partners to build and grow best-in-class community pubs.
You will prepare delicious meals according to our implemented specs, cook dishes that will delight our customers with their taste and within a timely delivery.
Experience is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided.
Main Responsibilities:
* Prepares food to specification guide
* Prepares food before the arrival of guests
* Cleans food preparation areas as determined by law and company policy
* Adjusts food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific diet concerns
* Acts as liaison to front-of-house employees to ensure proper food service temperature
* Operates various kitchen appliances
* Portions, arranges, and garnishes food based on client preference
* Assists other cooks during the food assembly process
* Ensuring high food hygiene standards
* Clean down area after service
* Stock management
* Any other duties as required
