Site Manager – Commercial Projects (Temp to Perm) – North Region – Van Included
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager for ongoing commercial build and commercial fit‑out projects across the North.
Start date: January / February. This is NOT retail fit‑out – commercial experience required.
Duties
* Daily site management
* Supervision of trades & subcontractors
* Maintaining standards, paperwork, and H&S
* Working to changing deadlines and fast‑moving programmes
Requirements
* Commercial build/fit‑out experience
* SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, First Aid
* Ability to manage pressured timelines
* Driving licence
