Overview
A UK full-service renewable energy provider is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver a 40MW+ ground‑mounted solar farm project in Tiverton, Devon. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for daily site operations, drive programme delivery, manage multi‑disciplinary civil, mechanical and electrical subcontractors, and ensure high HSE and quality standards onsite. Solar farm experience is preferable; however, candidates with strong civil, electrical infrastructure or general construction backgrounds will also be considered. This is a site‑based role working 10‑hour days, Monday to Friday, with the site also open on Saturdays (8 am–1 pm), with a full day paid. This is for a 12‑month initial contract, likely to run for 15‑18 months, operating outside IR35. Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
