What You'll Do
We are looking for an experienced and people-focused
HR Manager
to lead our HR function. This role is key in building a positive workplace culture, supporting our managers, and ensuring HR practices are aligned with both employment law and our company values. The key responsibilities of the role will be:
* Oversee all HR functions across the restaurant group, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
* Support managers with staff development, training, and succession planning.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
* Lead initiatives to improve staff engagement, wellbeing, and retention.
* Manage HR systems, payroll processes, and personnel records.
* Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion.
* Line manage the HR team, inclusive of a Talent Manager, HR Advisor and Recruitment Coordinator.
Who You Are
* An experienced HR manager/business partner
* Experience within the hospitality industry desirable
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication, mediation, and people skills.
* Hands-on, approachable, and solutions-focused.
* Able to balance strategic planning with day-to-day HR operations.
