Job Title: Welcome Team Sales Executive
Line manager: Welcome Team Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager
Job type: Part Time - 24 hours per week, Permanent. Working 3 days over 7. Weekend work is essential (Saturday and Sunday).
Salary: £17,000 base salary - plus monthly sales commission
Location: Gaynes Park, Banks Lane, Coopersale, Epping, Essex CM16 7RJ
The Welcome Team Sales Executive at Gaynes Park is responsible for the following:
Responsibilities
* Supporting visit checks ahead of showrounds with the welcome team manager
* Conducting show rounds, showcases, and virtual venue tours to provide a seamless and engaging experience and ensure exceptional customer service
* Maintain expert knowledge on the services Gaynes Park provides
* Supporting the follow up process with every couple post-visit with the welcome team manager
* Striving to reach monthly sales targets
* Onboard all confirmed weddings and arrange welcome back meetings with every confirmed couple alongside the welcome team manager
* Following the welcome back meeting, hand over the couple to the events team with all collected wedding information
* Attend weekly meetings with the welcome team manager / regional sales manager to discuss the previous and upcoming week of show rounds, conversions and targets
