About The Role & Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the HR function, working closely with the Head of HR and Organisational Development to deliver effective hiring, onboarding, training, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations.
* Deliver significant HR projects including recruitment, HR reporting, and employee relations.
* Provide generalist HR advice and support to a diverse population with varying contractual relationships.
* Offer sound, logical and pragmatic guidance and support to managers and teams.
Qualifications & Experience
* Significant experience in HR Business Partner / Employee Relations roles.
* Demonstrable experience delivering generalist HR advice and support.
* Experience thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* A CIPD qualification is desirable with Level 5 essential; Level 7 desirable.
