Working for a leading European manufacturing and retail distribution business based in the heart of Trafford Park
1. Lead & manage a team of five customer service professionals, with a strong focus on customers, efficiency and delivery on time
2. Managing the entire order process from initial order through to despatch, delivery and receipt of invoicing
3. Monitoring the daily operations and CRM management system, reporting on any system failures
4. Resolving escalated customer issues efficiently, implementing best practices to reduce.
5. Maintaining CRM database, utilising information to create reports and customer feedback surveys.
6. Monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of customer experience initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
7. Proactively making process improvements for the dept to the benefit of the business and customer.
